Hotel Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to promote the Hotel and its facilities and handle the sales of rooms and the administrative work.

SALES EXECUTIVE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maximize revenue in group bookings, FIT’s, Events & Corporate sales
Build and preserve strong and lasting profitable business relationships with all clients
Generate and implement suitable marketing plans to implement effective sales strategy
Create customer accounts and follow up aiming for growth in sales
Organize regular hotel familiarity visit for potential customers and business partners
Identify and resolve customer /business partner needs & complaints
Prepare accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Management
Apply creative local marketing approach
Conduct regular sales visits to Travel Agents and Corporate companies and will report to the Sales Manager
QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

2 - 5 years of experience in Sales & Reservations position in a hotel in UAE, preferably Dubai
Good oral and written communication skills
Proven track record in meeting sales targets
Strong presentation and platform skills
Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing or its equivalent
Having a valid driving license is an added advantage
References required.
