Air Condition Technician

To service and maintain the Chillers, Fresh air handling units, Air handling units, Fan coil units, and Exhaust systems, on a regular basis and report any malfunction or unusual functioning of any of the equipment in operation, at any given time.

Checking all refrigeration equipment in the hotel on a daily basis, this includes the meat and vegetable cold rooms also.

Attending to other general complaints which may come up from time to time.

Other areas overlooked are electrical, plumbing & fire protection.

Apart from these duties need to carry out repairs or installations when required at the accommodations.

Good Communication skill

The ability to work under pressure
