Your challenges
Develop and test scalable, low-latency applications, APIs, and plugins that follow the highest coding standards for customers, internal teams, and third-party developers.
Write code according to our internal standards, ensuring style, maintainability, and best practices for high scalability.
Mentor and guide team members through code reviews and pair programming sessions to foster their growth.
Troubleshoot applications during development and deployment, resolving any issues that arise.
Implement automated unit and integration tests and conduct code reviews to enhance code quality.
Collaborate with other teams to facilitate the successful deployment of new products and features.
Ensure consistency and maintainability of codebases for efficient development and maintenance.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in back-end development
Strong command of modern programming languages to tackle complex coding challenges with ease
Experience in writing unit and integration tests and debugging server-side components
Proficiency in version control systems like Git
Knowledge of information security and data protection
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

What’s good to have
Experience in Node.js or Perl
Experience with asynchronous programming and scalable systems
Familiarity with relational database design and/or open-source RDBMS systems such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
Proficiency at using test-driven development (TDD) techniques to produce high-quality code
Deft in Docker and familiarity with microservices and scalable systems
Hands-on experience in Linux and other open-source platforms
Conversant with Redis (caching, in-memory data structure, and real-time data processing) and its integration within back-end systems
