Key Requirements:

Educational Qualification: The ideal candidate should have successfully completed their 12th-grade education, demonstrating a solid academic foundation.
Ministry of Manpower Registration: Selected candidates will be required to undergo registration with the Ministry of Manpower, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
Waiters/Waitress:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding suitable seating.
Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options.
Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
Serve food and beverages in a courteous and efficient manner.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area and workstations.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless service.
Restaurant Supervisor:

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
Supervise and guide the waitstaff, offering support and training as required.
Handle customer feedback and concerns with a focus on prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the management for timely restocking of supplies.
Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with relevant regulations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by all team members.
Assist in performance evaluations and participate in the recruitment process when needed.
