Experienced Female Tele-callers / Tele-sales Representative

5000 - 6000 AED Salary plus commission

Calling prospective or prevailing clients to get details of their properties for sale . Responsive to queries about the company and services we offer. Probing customer requirements and close deals.

Tele-sales Representative Requirements:

• Experienced tele-caller or tele-sales representative for a real estate company
• Excellent English Speaking Skills with Arabic Mother Tongue
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creative thinking skills.
• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Good sales ability.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
• Demonstrated experience as tele-sales representative or other sales
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus and note useful information
