Job Description
Summary:
The Reception Manager is responsible for the overall management of the reception team, customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, as well as strong management and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reception desk, including greeting guests, answering phones, and providing customer service.
- Manage the reception team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the front office.
- Ensure that the front office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Represent the company to guests and visitors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- with previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of success in a management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
