Job Description

Summary:

The Reception Manager is responsible for the overall management of the reception team, customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, as well as strong management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reception desk, including greeting guests, answering phones, and providing customer service.
  • Manage the reception team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the front office.
  • Ensure that the front office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Represent the company to guests and visitors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • with previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of success in a management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
