Responsible to identify and promote areas for innovation and new product line on sales and marketing needs.

Strategizing, planning & implementing development of processes in research dealing with all types of waterproofing, construction chemicals, Industrial, Commercial Coatings Reengineering of all existing products for the cost optimization

Executing laboratory trials for all development assignments. Directing research & development programs to meet organizational needs and to capitalize on potential new products.

Leading R&D scale up batches, performing tests & adjustments. Interacting with purchase & vendors for new & alternate raw materials for product development trials

Performing product analysis against new/existing products

Front leading customer complaint analysis, correction, corrective & preventive actions.

Leading Internal & External calibration of equipment Maintaining

R&D Quality manual & related documents as per ISO 9001:2015 Responsible for DCL renewals/market surveillance and UL certifications and renewals.
