Looking for an Admin Assistant - Female for Al Karama, Dubai office

The Candidate is responsible to Maintain and monitor the timely processes in the business. Please Read the Complete Duties & Responsibilities, and Eligibility Criteria before you apply.

Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor the timely renewals of various Agreements, and subscriptions.
Maintain daily & monthly expense records for accounts (Knowledge In Quickbooks)
Email Management
Professional Communications with sales team
Update documents and files within the Admin Archive.
Willing to learn Sales and Marketing
Schedule Meetings with clients and Suppliers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools related to Digital Marketing and in order to develop your career.
Eligibility

Bachelor's degree or Diploma is Mandatory
1+ years of experience with professional manner
Proficiency in Business Communication.
English Speaking and Email Communication Skills are Compulsory.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Digital marketing related technologies.
