Job description:
The HR Coordinator (Recruitment) will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely acquisition of top talent to support the growth and success of our e-commerce business. The individual in this role will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates who align with our company values and objectives.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruitment sources, networks, and tools to attract a diverse pool of Applicants.
- Handle End to End Recruitment process

Salary: From KD350.000 per month
