Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Maintains security and telecommunications system.
  • Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
  • Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Key requirements:

- Friendly, fun, passionate and positive can do attitude towards the job.

- Proven work experience as front desk member, receptionist or similar role.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette.

- Problem solving skils.

- Strong computer and MS office knowledge.

- Excellent organization and time management skills.

- Detail-oriented mindset, with an eye for customer satisfaction.

- Ability to establish and maintain constructive and cooperative long-term interpersonal relationships with clients, peers, and supervisors.

- Flexibility to working pattern.
