We are seeking an experienced Freelance Architect having GCC Experience in (ARCH, CIVIL & MEP Drawings)

Job Description

• Responsible of preparing architectural working drawings for projects.
• Should have GCC Experience in (ARCH, CIVIL & MEP Drawings).
• Design architectural elements as required (joinery, doors, cornicing, architrave, bathrooms, and kitchens)
• Work closely with the design team to prepare, develop and produce client concept designs and presentation documents that include plans, elevations, perspective visuals, and furniture drawings

Skills

• Bachelor degree in Architecture is a must.
• Proven working experience as an working drawings Architect
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and standards
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
• Visual awareness and an eye for details
