Job Description

Document Controller cum Accountant.
Job Purpose:

To perform a variety of administrative duties that include data compilation and preparation, filing, and record maintenance in an effective and efficient manner.
Principal Accountabilities:
01. Preparing financial documents such as invoices,
Bills and accounts payable and receivable
2. Managing payroll through WPS
3. Completing financial reports on a regular basis
And providing information to the finance team
4. Completing bank reconciliations
5. Should have full knowledge of Tally ERP9 & PRIME GOLD
6. Recording expenditures and ensuring these
Expenses are within the set budget
7. Should have Excellent command in MS Excel and
Able to make a different type of Reports in Excel
8. Prepare Client Ledger on a daily basis
& Insurance (medical & vehicle) for the company.
9. Knowledge of filling VAT Return

Minimum Requirement:
• A minimum of 2 years’ previous experience, within a similar position
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
• Bilingual, Spoken and written high proficiency (English is a must)
• Must have proficient knowledge in MS Office and other software
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
