Project Manager - Engineering

o The project includes construction jobs, Civil & MEP work, Mechanical Repair, Maintenance, and Installation.
o Successfully Streamline project objectives and plans, including delineation of scope, budgeting, costing, scheduling, setting performance requirements, and selecting the project participants.
o Responsible for inspecting project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
o Develop site organization to suit the project needs; select construction methodology & implementation.
o Supervise all project activities, including providing technical inputs for methodologies of the project & coordination with site management activities.
o Control all project activities connected with safe and efficient operations, implementing quality standards for meeting the set targets.
o Manage staff members and project site construction, operations, or maintenance activities.
o Prepare the forecast of the works to schedule and analyze the reasons for the delay and implement remedial measures for outcomes.
o Define the scope of projects & the areas of cost efficiency while reducing the project's costs.
o Review the operational practices, identify the areas of obstruction/ quality failures, and advise on system and process changes for qualitative improvement in productivity.
o Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and others).
o Undertake technical and feasibility studies, including site investigations.
o Liaise with clients and a variety of professionals, including architects and subcontractors.
o Direct, lead, and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects.
o Assess potential risks, materials, and costs.
o Provide advice and creatively resolve any emerging problems/deficiencies.
o Organize, implement, conduct, and manage the QA/QC programs as per the company's Quality policy.
o Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
o Handle over the resulting structures and services for use.
o Monitor progress and compile reports on project status.
o Manage budget and Schedule material and equipment purchases and deliveries.
o Make sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety.
o Comply with guidelines and regulations, including permits, safety, etc., and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
o Determine appropriate logistics solutions for managing resources.
o Provide technical assistance and consult with other departments regarding engineering functions, site development, drainage, and transportation.
o Communicate effectively with colleagues, architects, subcontractors, contracting civil engineers, consultants, co-workers, and clients.
o Correct any project deficiencies that affect production, quality, and safety requirements before final evaluation and project reviews.
o Adhere to the best practices, standards, and procedures of the company.
