Job Description:

  • Good knowledge of business support and administration functions (finance, procurement, HR, training, FM administration etc.)
  • Good analytical skills, problem solving skills and presentation skills
  • Good level of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good numerical skills with particular skills in MS Excel
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work under own initiative
  • Ability to plan and organize and supervise teams and be decisive when required
  • Professional Bodies- BIFM, or similar

Qualifications:

  • Degree in finance, procurement or business administration or similar
  • 5+ years of experience managing comparable commercial or business support role in GCC region
  • Good language ability in both spoken and written English and Arabic (preferable)
