The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate agents and ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to managing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
Coordinate and schedule property showings, inspections, and meetings.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing information and directing clients to the appropriate personnel.

Transaction Coordination: Manage and organize transaction documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Liaise with clients, title companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth real estate transactions.
Assist in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other relevant documents.

Database Management: Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accurate and current information.
Assist in organizing and managing property listings, ensuring they are effectively marketed.

Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations for client meetings.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of real estate transactions and documentation is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
